Kathy Silverman

Kathy Silverman is an experienced procurement professional with a diverse background in both direct and indirect procurement. Currently serving as the Global Category Director for Indirect Procurement at bp since September 2013, Kathy has previously held significant roles at Best Buy, including Director of Procurement Operations & Capability Development and Senior Manager for Sourcing/Properties & Facilities Management. Other notable positions include Principal Finance Analyst at Medtronic and Senior Procurement Analyst at both Travelers/St. Paul Companies and U.S. Bank. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
