Kerryn Pannell

Kerryn Pannell is an experienced leader in talent development and early career programs, currently serving as the Head of Early Careers Programmes for Future Talent at bp since December 2021. Pannell is also an Advisory Panel Member for the Association of Apprentices, a role that began in October 2023, representing bp in this founding partnership. Prior to bp, Pannell held the position of Head of Consultant Development at Kubrick Group and served as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, with two separate tenures from February 2007 to March 2013 and April 2015 to May 2019. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from RMIT University, a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland, and a Postgraduate Diploma of Arts from the University of Adelaide.
