Kshama Pradhan

Kshama Pradhan serves as Vice President and Head of the India Digital Centre for Innovation & Engineering at bp since October 2021, focusing on the growth and integration of digital capabilities for global teams while leading the strategic direction of the Hub. Prior to this role, Kshama held various leadership positions at Diageo, including D&T Director for Corporate Functions and Director of Global Applications & Intelligent Automation, where significant advancements in digital transformation and supply chain management were achieved. Earlier experience includes positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director of SAP COE and roles at Colgate Global Business Services, CVS IT Services, and other organizations, building expertise in IT leadership, finance, and operations. Kshama holds multiple degrees from institutions such as Bombay University and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, specializing in commerce, accounting, and computer programming.
