Miriam Eaves

Miriam Eaves is an accomplished professional in venture capital and business development, currently serving as an Investor for bp Ventures since January 2015, managing a portfolio of over 50 investments with $1 billion in assets under management. Eaves has demonstrated expertise in deal origination and execution across bp's Transition Growth Engines and previously held the role of Origination Partner at LaunchPad, focusing on high-potential start-ups in the energy transition sector. Prior experience includes significant roles at Cargile Group as a Strategic Alliance Executive, Cody Gate Ventures as Head of US Business Development, and positions at ProAct Technologies, Wit Capital, and CRFA. Eaves holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
