Narmina Nabiyeva

Narmina Nabiyeva possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as SVP of People & Culture at bp since July 2020. With a multifaceted career at bp, including roles as Vice President HR for BP AGT and earlier as the Modernisation and Transformation Lead, Narmina has driven digitalization and cultural change in significant upstream operations. Key achievements include leading the restructuring of BP's Upstream graduate development program and implementing a strategic staffing model that utilizes predictive analytics to address talent renewal needs. Narmina's career began in 1998 at bp Azerbaijan, where critical HR functions were managed for a large operational workforce. Educational qualifications include a PgD in Management from Robert Gordon University, a BA in Management and Political Science from the Institute of Social Management and Political Science in Baku, a PgD in People Management and Development from Nottingham Trent University, and a Master of Architecture in Adaptive Strategic Execution from Duke University.
