Nasbi Guzman

Nasbi Guzman is an Engineering Director with over 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence across $6 billion in global energy assets. Currently leading a global team of 80+ engineers, they have facilitated over $1 billion in value creation and $500 million in cost savings through innovative strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Nasbi held various roles at bp, including Facility Operations Leader, where they directed operations and transformed organizational culture. They have also managed multimillion-dollar projects while achieving significant emissions reductions and supporting sustainability initiatives. Nasbi is pursuing an Executive MBA and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from UC Irvine.
