Mike Purrington

Mike Purrington is the Director of Software Engineering at ESM Software Group. Mike has over 15 years of experience in software development and has been a lead developer on several successful software projects.

Mike started their career as a web developer with Conferon in 2000. Mike was quickly promoted to Sr. Application Developer and then Webmaster at The NPD Group in 2006. In 2007, they joined Palladium Group, Inc. as Principal Engineer and Designer.

As the top technical position on the team, Mike was responsible for researching and implementing new methodologies and driving the direction of new software development. Mike also successfully planned and implemented a ground-up re-architecture of a successful SaaS product. In addition, Mike co-managed an enterprise-class co-location data center and DR facility. Mike was responsible for maintaining code repository, implementing successful SDLS, and ensuring high product quality through strict QA processes.

Mike has been with ESM Software Group since 2015 and has been instrumental in the success of several software projects. Mike is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for developing high-quality software products.

Mike Purrington's educational career includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Mike Purrington reports to Kent Smack, CEO. They work with Julie Warner - VP of Finance, Chris Senio - COO.
