Shey Cobley

Shey Cobley currently serves as the Global Head of Design Studios at bp, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Cobley was the Global Head of Studio-as-a-Service at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing a network of creative studios from June 2018 to September 2021. Cobley's earlier experience includes leadership positions in user experience at various companies, including TCS Interactive and Critical Mass, among others. Academic achievements include an MBA from Henley Business School and advanced degrees in Politics of Democracy and History and Politics from Oxford Brookes University. Cobley is also pursuing further education at the Royal College of Art.
