Veneet Manchanda

Veneet Manchanda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at bp since May 2001, currently serving as Transformation Manager and European Transformation Program Director for Castrol. In this role, Veneet leads a global initiative aimed at transforming the customer route to market, targeting a $20 million cost reduction through the transition of 5,000 customers to indirect channels and digital solutions. Previously, Veneet has held multiple leadership positions, including LBM Regional Integrator for Europe & Africa, overseeing Integrated Business Planning and Ethics & Compliance for Castrol's operations across approximately 50 countries. Other roles include Project Manager for LPG mergers and acquisitions and Supply Manager for various regions. Prior to bp, Veneet worked as a Resident Engineer at Bechtel, managing contracts for the $750 million Dubai Airport expansion project. Educational credentials include an MBA from Imperial College London and a B.Sc.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
