Sergiy Tsymbal

Sergiy Tsymbal has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and IT systems. Sergiy began their career in 2001 as a C++ developer at Kharkiv Institute of Complex Automation, where they developed software applications for statistical analysis and deployed an Informational Control System for a nuclear power plant. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an IT Systems Engineer at AMCRYS-H, Limited, where they designed and implemented IT infrastructure, developed custom ERP/CRM systems, and provided IT support for a scientific research and production company. In 2006, they joined GlobalLogic as a Technical Customer Support Engineer for the Lombardi Software Project, where they provided customer support, installation assistance, and configuration support for business process management software. In 2007, they were promoted to Principal System Engineer (IBM BPM), IBM Expert Access Services, at GlobalLogic (IBM-Lombardi Project), where they designed and implemented custom BPM solutions and architectures, assisted clients in various aspects of IBM BPM software usage, and provided technical mentoring. Sergiy worked at this position until 2015. In 2015, they joined BP3 Global as a Software Engineer.

Sergiy Tsymbal obtained a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics (Automated control of technological processes) from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnical Institute" from 1995 to 2002. Sergiy also attended the Premier College in London from 1999 to 2000, but no degree was specified.
