Tracy Hires

Tracy Hires is an experienced professional in the field of software development and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Manager of AI and Solutions Architect at BP3 Global since May 2016. Prior to this role, Tracy worked as a Consultant at TEKNOVARE, focusing on software solutions architecture and development leadership from September 2006 to April 2016. Earlier career experiences include consulting at Jacobs, where mathematical modeling was used to enhance efficiency in beverage packaging, and serving as a software developer at ProdOp Corp, where inventory tracking and scheduling systems were developed. Additional software development experience was gained at SymSystems, LLC, contributing to flight training simulation technology. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Westmont College, obtained in 1997.
