Mallory Roman

Mallory Roman is a driven and self-motivated researcher and behavioral scientist, currently serving as the Director of Research and Marketing Science at BPD and as a Research Consultant at Incite Studio. Mallory has previously held roles such as Research Director at Galvanize USA and Associate Director of Research at Sister District Action Network, where they managed research activities and supervised over 200 civilian scientists. With a strong academic background, Mallory earned both a Master’s and a PhD in Social Psychology from Duke University, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Fashion Merchandising from the University of Georgia. Additionally, Mallory has experience as an Academic Editor and has contributed to various political campaigns as a Campaign Manager.
