Emily Januario Harris

Emily Januario Harris is currently the Director of Talent at Boston Plan for Excellence (BPE). Prior to their current role, Emily worked as a Recruiter in the same organization. Emily Januario also served as a Program Coordinator at Young Voices RI, where Emily Januario supported youth in advocating for education reform. Additionally, Emily worked as a Data Collector at ICF Macro, evaluating nutrition and physical activity regulations in New York City. Emily's experience also includes serving as an Afterschool Coordinator at West End Community School. Emily Januario holds a Master of Arts in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Juniata College.
