Paul Upchurch

Paul Upchurch joined Baring Private Equity in 2021 as Managing Director, Digital. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Upchurch was a senior advisor at CEO.

Paul works in New York, and previously was COO Europe and Global Chief Transformation Officer with Lombard International. Before that, he worked as Executive Director of Portfolio Operations at the Blackstone Group in New York, and prior to that was a senior executive at the Nielsen Company in Chicago. He began his career in management consulting, starting at Accenture in Chicago.

Mr. Upchurch holds a B.S. in Information and Decision Sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago.
