Norma van Den Berg

Norma Van den Berg has extensive experience in pension fund management and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Chair of the Stakeholder Body at Stap Algemeen Pensioenfonds and as a Pension Fund Manager for multiple organizations including pensioenfonds Astellas and Bpf Waterbouw, Norma has demonstrated leadership in various pension-related roles since 2016. In addition, Norma holds a position as a director at bpfBOUW and has been an owner of HRM & Juridisch advies since 2014. Previously, Norma worked with ISS Facility Services in various senior roles, significantly contributing to corporate governance and legal affairs. Norma's educational background includes degrees from Erasmus University and Vrije Universiteit, with certifications in pension executive management.
