Melissa Escala

Melissa Escala currently holds the position of Head - Operations Shared Services Management at BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp. since October 2011. Prior to that, Melissa worked at DIRECTimi Philippines Inc. and Teleperformance Philippines Inc. in various client services and account management roles. Melissa began their career as a Trainee at BF Steel Corporation after graduating with a degree in BS Industrial Engineering from Rizal Technological University in 2002. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in operations management, client services, direct marketing, and account management.
