Karen Goins is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources. Currently serving as the Executive Coach at KS Goins & Associates LLC since July 2007, Karen aims to enhance leadership effectiveness among Fortune 500 leaders. Previously, positions included Director of Human Resources at International Truck and Engine, Director of Global Human Resources at Navistar, and Director of Purchasing at Masland Industries. Karen's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Business and Human Resources from Central Michigan University, and various coaching certifications.
