Tina Powell

Tina Powell has extensive experience in leadership development and executive support roles. Tina started their career at K. Hovnanian Homes as a Marketing Director before moving to Builders Art & Graphics, Inc. as an Account Representative. Tina then joined Southampton Homes as a Marketing Director. Tina later worked at DP Contracting & Consulting, Inc. as an Operations/Office Manager. Tina then transitioned to Flynn Heath Holt Leadership, a BPI group company, where they held various positions, including EA, Program Manager, and Program Team Manager. Currently, they are the Leadership Acceleration Practice Vice President Operations at BRAVANTI (formerly BPI group U.S.), overseeing engagement management and executive leadership development services.
