Hatem ABDESSELEM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a SCRUM MASTER SAFE at Bpifrance since January 2022, Hatem previously held the position of Technical Lead and SCRUM MASTER SAFE at AG2R LA MONDIALE from January 2018 to August 2023, focusing on wealth management projects. Prior to that, Hatem worked as a Senior Java J2EE Consultant at Barclays, providing technical leadership on financial tools, and as a Java J2EE Developer at PSA Peugeot Citroën, contributing to technical analysis, design, development, and unit testing. Early career experience includes roles as a Project Manager and Junior Project Manager at BNP Paribas Cardif. Hatem holds an engineering degree in software engineering from Sup Galilée.
