Veekshitha Shetty

Veekshitha Shetty is an experienced technology manager and certified SAFe® Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies. Currently serving as Manager - Technology at Capgemini since June 2025, Veekshitha coordinates Agile delivery for a major financial services provider, facilitating SAFe ceremonies and enhancing project execution. Previous roles include Associate Specialist - Technology at Synechron, where responsibilities encompassed release management and Scrum mastering, as well as R&D member of technical staff III at Mavenir, Senior Solution Integrator at Ericsson, Application Developer 2 at Oracle, and Application Development Consultant at NTT DATA. Veekshitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2013.
