Hugues Latourrette

Hugues Latourrette serves as the Head of the Export Finance Department at Bpifrance since February 2015, leading a team focused on structuring export credit financing to support French SMEs in their international sales. With prior experience at Natixis as Director of Structured Export Finance and Senior Manager, Hugues specialized in advisory and structuring international financing for major corporates in various industries, including defense and aerospace. Hugues began a career in export credit financing at Coface and held key roles that involved credit documentation negotiation and portfolio monitoring. Hugues also contributed to the French Treasury, focusing on export credit insurance for the defense sector. Educational qualifications include a degree in Droit du Commerce International from Université Paris Cité and a course at IHEDN on maritime strategy.
