Lucas Barbay

Lucas Barbay currently serves as Tech Lead DevSecOps at Bpifrance since November 2023, overseeing the software factory utilized by 1,000 developers. Prior to this role, Barbay worked at Ouest-France as an Ingénieur DevOps from September 2019 to November 2023, managing AWS infrastructure and deploying components in an internal Kubernetes environment. From April 2017 to August 2019, an Ingénieur DevOps role at PagesJaunes involved participation in the Move2Cloud project utilizing Google Cloud Platform and implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment processes. Earlier experience includes a position at Thales where Barbay contributed to internal projects and deployments using Docker and OpenStack. Barbay's career began with an internship at Ingeliance, developing 3D modeling software, after which seasonal work as an operator at CIM & CCMP involved cargo handling from 2012 to 2015. Barbay holds a Master's degree in IT systems, networks, and security from Université Le Havre Normandie.
