Lydia Babaci-Victor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, strategy, and development across various sectors. Currently serving as Présidente-associée at ALIA FUTURA since 2019, Lydia supports companies, investment funds, and start-ups in their growth and innovation strategies. Additionally, Lydia holds the position of independent administrator at Bpifrance, contributing to multiple boards focused on industry innovation. Former roles include Directrice Innovation et Développement at VINCI Energies, where Lydia established the innovation service, and Directrice générale at INDIGO Group, where Lydia launched the MYVINCI PARK application. With a background in financial engineering and management sciences from prestigious institutions, Lydia also founded LCV CONSEIL and held senior operational roles at LVMH and Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking.
