Mael M'Baye

Mael M'Baye is a seasoned professional in international investment and project management, currently serving as the Head of MENA, Türkiye and Central Asia at Bpifrance since September 2017. In this role, Mael M'Baye oversees the regional offices in Dubai and Casablanca and manages activities across trade, finance, investment, innovation, and advisory in North Africa. With previous positions as Regional Manager and International Program Manager at Bpifrance, Mael M'Baye has established strong connections with key stakeholders in the private and public sectors. Additionally, Mael M'Baye contributes to academia as a visiting lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation in the MENA South European region. Mael M'Baye holds a Master's degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po and two Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and War Studies.
