Manon Gioan

Manon Gioan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Responsable Conseil dédiée aux participations at Bpifrance Investissement since March 2018, where responsibilities include operational support for SME and ETI leaders, conducting 360° diagnostics, and overseeing strategic project follow-ups. Manon also leads consulting missions with external partners and provides reporting to investment teams in the Région Sud. In addition, Manon has been a Master professor on the Industry of the Future at Paris-Dauphine since February 2020. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at STEP Consulting, where contributions spanned multiple industries, including luxury, energy, and manufacturing, focusing on project portfolio management, operational performance, and transformation plans. Previous experience includes a senior consulting role at Kepler and consulting in the biotechnology sector at Alcimed. Manon holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Centrale Méditerranée and IMIM POLIMI and is currently pursuing accreditation in Governance from the Institut Français des Administrateurs.
