Philippe Martin

Philippe Martin serves as the CTO Group at Bpifrance since March 2020, focusing on technological and architectural transformations as well as devsecops initiatives. Philippe has implemented an IT platform train utilizing Safe to empower and enable Feature teams within the DSI. Prior to Bpifrance, Philippe held the position of CTO and Head of IT Operations at OUI.sncf from May 2008 to January 2020, where significant infrastructure development and optimization projects were executed, including the establishment of various technical and project management departments. Philippe also worked at HSBC from December 2002 to April 2008 as a Java/J2EE project manager, overseeing major business applications, and began the career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young between June 1999 and November 2002 as a JAVA/J2EE consultant. Philippe is an alumnus of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Céramique Industrielle, graduating in 1998.
