Galih Mardi Ismiansyah

Galih Mardi Ismiansyah is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Organization Development Analyst at BPJS Kesehatan since May 2019, where responsibilities have included leading HR, GA, and public communication efforts. Previous roles at BPJS Kesehatan from December 2014 to March 2019 involved organization culture management and system management, focusing on corporate culture and quality management systems. Prior experience includes participation in a Graduate Development Program at PT. Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk, where Galih developed competencies in HR functions and training delivery, as well as freelancing at AFE Consultant for psychological testing and recruitment processes. Galih holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada, completed in 2012.
