Libby Schanzmeyer D.o.

Libby Schanzmeyer D.O. has a diverse work experience in the medical field. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Pathologist at DX Laboratory. Libby then joined the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Medicine as a Pathologist from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2022, they served as a General Surgical Pathologist and Laboratory Medical Director at ReitPath Pathology Group. In 2019, they became the Laboratory Medical Director at BPL Plasma. Currently, they are the founder and Certified Life Design Coach at Dr. Libby Schanzmeyer LLC, where they help high-achieving women overcome burnout and reach their career and family goals.

Libby Schanzmeyer D.O. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University in the years 1990-1994. Libby then pursued a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health, graduating in the years 2000-2004. Following that, they completed an internship in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital from 2004-2005. Libby furthered their education by undertaking a Residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from 2005-2009 at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Additionally, in 2020, they engaged in Continuing Medical Education, focusing on Lifestyle Medicine.
