Roberto Mastromarchi

Roberto Mastromarchi, CFA has a significant amount of work experience in the finance industry. Roberto started their career as an Assistant FX Trader at Banca Popolare di Sondrio in May 1998. In September 1998, they transitioned to BPS (SUISSE) as an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Over the years, Roberto held various roles such as Head of Asset Management - Institutional Portfolios, Head Asset Management, Executive Board Member - Head of Products & Services Division, and Executive Board Member - Head of Front Office Division. Currently, they serve as the Deputy CEO and Head of Front Office Division at BPS (SUISSE).

Roberto Mastromarchi, CFA has a diverse education history. Roberto first attended Università Bocconi from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Laurea degree in Economia Aziendale. In 2001 to 2003, Roberto pursued further education at the CFA Institute, obtaining a CFA certification. Continuing their education, Roberto obtained a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD in the years 2021 to 2023. Roberto also completed several specialized programs at INSEAD, including Leading for Results in 2023, Negotiation Dynamics Programme in 2022, and Strategic Management in Banking in 2021. Additionally, Roberto became a Certified ESG Analyst in 2020 through the European Federation of Financial Analysts.
