Francesca Ricciardi has extensive experience in customer care and back office functions within the finance and promotional sales sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Care professional at B&R Industrial Automation since March 2021, Francesca previously held roles at Mobile Retail Service srl, Hw-Service, Veneo srl, Ferronato Rappresentanze srl, and a law firm, where responsibilities included managing client accounts, processing orders, data analysis, and coordinating with sales teams.
