Frank Schmitt

Frank Schmitt MSc BM has extensive experience in industrial automation and project management, currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Global Operations Development at B&R Industrial Automation since July 2006, after holding roles as Finance & Operations Manager for Central Europe and International Sales Manager. Prior to this, Frank was a Senior Electrical Engineer and Team Leader at Schenck RoTec GmbH from July 1998 to June 2006, overseeing the electrical construction department for fully automated machines. Frank’s career began with training as an Energieelektroniker at Deutsche Bahn AG from August 1989 to May 1992. Frank holds a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Universität Klagenfurt (2020-2022) and a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering/Energy Technology from Fachhochschule Darmstadt (1993-1998).
