Malgorzata Bergauer

Malgorzata Bergauer has extensive experience in human resources and payroll operations, currently serving as the Lead of HR Operational Services at B&R Industrial Automation since January 2021, where also holds the title of Teamleader Payroll. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Payroll Specialist at Stieglbrauerei zu Salzburg GmbH from May 2019 to January 2021, and as Assistant to the Management at Fa. DUO Job GmbH from August 2017 to May 2019. Previously, Malgorzata worked as a Logistics Manager at Care Systems from November 2011 to April 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Personalverrechnung from WIFI Salzburg and a Magistra in Polnische Philologie from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski, along with certifications in logistics and personnel management.
