Pam S.

Pam S. has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as financial management. Pam is currently the CFO Americas at B&R Industrial Automation, where they manage a team and is responsible for accurate accounting and reporting. Prior to this, they worked at Novelis, where they managed financial data input for global consolidation and created executive-level analysis. Pam also served as a Plant Controller at Alcoa, managing forecasting, planning, and compliance functions. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at BASF, including Global Business Controller and Sr. Finance Manager, where they managed financial performance and developed reporting systems. Before that, they worked at PolyOne Corporation and Northrop Grumman (formerly TRW, Inc), where they provided financial analysis and support.

Pam S. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from Miami University. Pam also pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
