Philip De Koning has extensive experience in urban and real estate development, currently serving as an Ontwikkelaar at BrabantWonen since 2008. In this role, Philip develops and initiates policies and interventions for neighborhood development in Oss, also holding the position of Afdelingshoofd Huisvesting Maatschappelijk Vastgoed, overseeing the development of social real estate in North-East Brabant in collaboration with BrabantZorg. Philip's prior experience includes working as a ontwikkelingsmanager at DC Vastgoedontwikkeling and serving as Senior adviseur / Procesmanager at Brink Groep, focusing on area development and real estate challenges. Additionally, Philip is a board member of the Raad van Toezicht for Stichting Openbaar Onderwijs Groep, which manages public primary education in several municipalities. Philip earned a Master's degree in Bouwkunde from Eindhoven University of Technology.
