Teun van Kuijk

Teun van Kuijk is a Vastgoedontwikkelaar at BrabantWonen since April 2023 and serves as a Gastdocent for the Asset Management for Housing Corporations course at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate since November 2021. Previously, Teun held various roles, including Member of the Disputes Committee at Zayaz housing corporation from May 2018 to January 2024, where the committee addressed disputes between Zayaz and its tenants. Teun also worked as an Assetmanager and Senior Advisor in Real Estate at Woonbedrijf from September 2014 to March 2023, focusing on sustainable energy, circularity, and neighborhood visions. Earlier experience includes advisor roles in municipal services for Cranendonck and Oss, as well as a trainee at various governmental bodies in North Brabant. Teun has an MSRE degree and further education from recognized institutions, including Utrecht University.
