Catherine Naughton, SHRM-SCP, CPC, is an experienced business professional specializing in Human Resources with a strong track record in managing HR best practices and consulting services. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at BRAC USA since October 2020, Catherine previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Consultant at JER HR Group from 2018 to 2021. Catherine's extensive career includes 29 years at Manhattan Shade & Glass, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing daily operational functions as the Director of Human Resources and Operations to providing strategic HR advice as the Director of Human Resources and Finance.
