Kevin Whitehouse has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and organizations. Kevin is currently working as the Director-General of Human Resources and Administration at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director-General of CASDO Implementation at the Government of Canada and Executive Director of the Human Resources Council. Kevin also worked at the House of Commons of Canada as the Director of Corporate Preparedness and Planning and as the Head of Corporate Planning. Additionally, they served as Treasurer at the Ottawa Public Sector Quality Fair and Manager of Corporate Planning and Performance Reporting at the City of Ottawa. Kevin started their career as a Lieutenant in the Department of National Defence and later worked as a Staff Relations Consultant at Halifax Regional Municipality and Manager of Staff Relations at the City of Halifax.
Kevin Whitehouse attended Port Arthur Collegiate Institute from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a degree in SSHGD. Following that, from 1986 to 1991, Kevin Whitehouse pursued an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources at the University of Ottawa.
