Annette Rumanyika Mulira

Annette Rumanyika Mulira, CFA, serves as a Non Executive Director at BRAC since July 2022 and a Member of the Board of Trustees at MTN Mobile Money Limited since June 2021. Currently advising the Investment Committee at Uganda Development Bank from April 2021, Annette also holds the position of CEO and Founder of MID Capital, which specializes in corporate finance, investments, and wealth management since March 2018. Additionally, Annette is a Non Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk committee at Britam Asset Managers Uganda, and the Country Lead for Project Girls 4 Girls in Kenya, focusing on empowering girls in leadership. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at the African Development Bank Group, Chairperson of Chestnut Uganda Ltd under Stanlib Africa Property Fund, and Managing Director of Stanbic Investments Uganda. Annette's educational background includes an MBA from Hult Ashridge and a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University.
