Tasmiah Rahman is an experienced professional in skills development and resource mobilization, currently serving as Associate Director at BRAC since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Global Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships unit and overseeing strategies for project design and business development within the Skills Development Programme. Previous roles include Head of Programme for Skills Development at BRAC and Senior Manager of Communications and MRM at the B-SkillFUL project with Swisscontact. Tasmiah's expertise encompasses informal sector knowledge in youth skills development, monitoring and evaluation, and communications strategy, supported by academic credentials including a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and a Master’s in Development Studies from BRAC University.
