Cole Thoms focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. During law school, he served as the managing editor of Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law.

Prior to law school, Cole worked as a litigation paralegal, assisting attorneys in commercial disputes at jury and bench trials.
