Tracy C. Temple

Tracy Temple is a Board Certified Appellate Attorney with extensive experience in appellate law, currently serving as an Attorney at Bracewell LLP since July 2023 and operating a private practice since July 2019. Previously, Tracy held attorney positions at Pierce & O'Neill, LLP from July 2020 to July 2023 and was a Staff Attorney for Justices J. Brett Busby and Jerry Zimmerer at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals of the State of Texas from September 2016 to June 2019. Tracy's background includes roles as an Appellate Specialist and Staff Attorney for various justices of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals between September 2007 and August 2016, as well as a decade-long partnership at Bracewell LLP, where an appellate practice was developed. Tracy earned a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
