Rajit Kapur

Rajit Kapur is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property law, currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at Instacart since January 2022, where contributions include developing patent strategies and advancing the company’s IPO journey through an extensive patent portfolio. Prior to this role, Rajit was a Principal Shareholder at Banner & Witcoff, Ltd. from November 2012 to January 2022, providing strategic IP law advice and managing patent portfolios for innovative companies.
