Claire Williams

Claire Williams is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Brachers LLP since September 2019, Claire previously held the position of Head of Corporate Finance and Partner at asb law from July 2008 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Claire was an Associate in the Corporate Commercial Team at Brachers, Maidstone, Kent, from March 2003 to July 2008, and worked as a Solicitor in the Corporate Finance Department at Herbert Smith in London from February 2000 to February 2003. Claire's legal career began at Bell Gully Buddle Weir in Auckland, New Zealand, where a role as a Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial Department was held from February 1996 to January 2000. Claire holds an LLB/BMS in Law, Economics, and Management from The University of Waikato, completed in 1995, and completed secondary education at Hillcrest High School in Hamilton.
