Glenn Yearsley

Glenn Yearsley has extensive experience in the field of human resources and safety. Glenn is currently the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Brad Hall Companies since January 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Brad Hall & Associates from April 2017 to January 2018. Glenn also worked at Brad Hall and Associates as the Director of Human Resources and Safety from April 2016 to January 2017.

Before joining Brad Hall and Associates, Glenn had worked at Dome Technology as the Vice President of Human Resources from June 2015 to April 2016. Glenn also served as an HR Business Partner at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. from June 2011 to May 2015, where they were responsible for global operations development and optimization in the FM Mining Company division. Glenn also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cerro Verde, a subsidiary of Freeport-McMoRan, from June 2011 to April 2014.

In addition, Glenn Yearsley has experience in the food industry. Glenn worked as the Director of Human Resources at Dickinson Frozen Foods from May 2006 to May 2011, where they oversaw HR activities for a company that produced IQF onions, roasted potatoes, and cross seasonal peppers. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Idahoan Foods from April 2004 to May 2006, responsible for HR activities across seven production, packaging, and warehousing facilities. Glenn also served as the Human Resources Manager at Melaleuca from May 2002 to April 2004, where they managed HR and safety activities for two manufacturing facilities.

Glenn Yearsley completed an MBA degree in Business from Northwest Nazarene University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Idaho State University between 2000 and 2002. Glenn began their education by earning an Associate's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their academic achievements, Glenn also obtained a certification in Professional Human Resources from HRCI in January 2006.
