Julie Hester

Julie Hester, CPP, is an experienced HR executive currently serving as the HR Executive for the US and Canada at Braden Group since September 2025. As a Co-Founder, Board President, and Equine Specialist at CROSSROADS CORRAL since January 2015, Julie combines expertise in human resources with a passion for equine welfare. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries from April 2023 to September 2025 and a succession of positions at MHI Shared Services Americas, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition to Employee Relations Manager. Julie began a career in human resources at Mitsubishi Power Americas and Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical, further developing skills in HR management and payroll operations. Julie received education from the International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT) and the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
