Bruno Funchal

Bruno Funchal currently serves as CEO of Bradesco Asset Management since May 2022, while also holding positions as a Full Professor and Academic Director at FUCAPE Business School since December 2006. Previous experience includes roles as Conselheiro Fiscal at Vale from August 2020 to April 2022, and as Secretário Especial do Tesouro e Orçamento and Secretário do Tesouro Nacional at the Ministério da Economia from January 2019 to October 2021. Bruno Funchal was also a member of the Fiscal Council at Caixa Econômica Federal from December 2019 to November 2020 and served as Secretário de Fazenda do Espírito Santo from February 2017 to December 2018. Additional roles include Directorships at AlphaMar Investimentos and the Sociedade Brasileira de Econometria, as well as lecturing at FGV. Bruno Funchal holds a PhD in Economics from FGV and a Post-Doctorate from the Instituto Nacional de Matematica Pura e Aplicada.
