Charlene Brakefield has extensive experience in providing software support and training to employees in the legal field. Charlene has held various titles such as Senior Projects Analyst, Senior Trainer, and Helpdesk Analyst and Supervisor. Brakefield has worked at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, Maynard Cooper & Gale, P.C., and Baker Donelson, developing training materials and providing orientation on software programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and DeltaView. Charlene is skilled in troubleshooting PCs and providing quick solutions to problems. Brakefield graduated with a High School Diploma in Creative Writing from Alabama School of Fine Arts.
