Lucas Adair

Lucas Adair, Ph.D. serves as the Senior Advisor for Governmental Affairs and Economic Development at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lucas Adair was the Director of Government Relations and Grant Services at Keller Partners & Company from February 2021 to March 2024, and a Policy Advisor to the Under Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education from October 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included drafting federal policy initiatives and advising on strategic decision-making. Additional experience includes serving as a Legislative Assistant at Balch & Bingham LLP and as a Policy Advisor at the UA Education Policy Center. Lucas Adair holds a Ph.D. and Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, all from The University of Alabama.
