Kim Collins, CPM, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Managing Director at Bradley Company, roles held since January 2022. Collins is an active member of the IREM Board of Directors and previously held the position of Regional Vice President for Region 6 at CBRE from March 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included business development and management of a significant property management portfolio. Kim Collins holds a Bachelor's degree from Miami University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
