Ronda Weber

Ronda Weber has extensive experience in telecommunication and information services, currently serving as Telecommunications Analyst II at Bradley Corporation since December 1997. In this role, Ronda oversees and maintains telecommunications tools for all company locations, specifically utilizing Microsoft Teams Operator Connect and Microsoft Intune for mobile devices. Prior to this position, Ronda worked as a Technical Support Specialist, managing the AS/400/iSeries/i5 system and conducting administration for various email and mobile device management systems. Ronda's career began at Cedar Community in July 1980, progressing from a Nursing Assistant to the Director of Information Services, where responsibilities included automating nursing charts and implementing network systems. Ronda holds a BBA in Management/Computer/Art from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an Associate degree in Computer Operator from Moraine Park Technical Institute.
